The Apollo

The problem

Trains use a lot of energy/electricity nowadays, which we could use for other purposes. Most trains go really fast, and we thought we could do something with that.

The solution

At first, we sketched a train with wind turbines on the sides. Because trains go quite fast, the propellers would spin and create energy. The turbines could also be placed along the railway.
We also thought of the arches that hold cables that give the train energy to the trains. They have no other purposes than that one, so we made some solar panels on top of them. The arches would be able to deliver electricity to the train without needing to be connected to power plants or other energy sources.
